Basic rundown on the staff requirements: Ie all our chefs have many years in the industry and have all worked in busy restaurants. They have teaching experience and are all first aid trained and CRB checked. Only those with high skill levels are accepted and they also have specialty areas which we put to use once in a while for our various ‘Masterclass” groups.
